If there is no sound when using the app, first make sure your TV is not on Mute and the volume on the TV is turned up. When you are watching the channel on full screen, click the right direction button on the remote multiple times and make sure the app volume is all the way up. If this does not work follow the next step.
Inside the TV KINGS app on the main screen click the SETTINGS Button (Bottom right corner). Click the "OTHER SETTINGS" button. In the list Click "RESET VOLUME CONTROL". Click OK and try the channel again
